In tune with our mission “To leave the world better than we found it” and our drive to give back to the society , we have initiated, maintained and completed many projects in various diverse fields like Education, Health, Sports and Cultural activities. It is always an on-going endeavor. Round the year our associates from core committee are busy in arranging various events : setting up of schools, hospitals, abacus for youngsters, mobile clinics, Sports academy ,inviting reputed sportsmen, artists of various disciplines like dance, musical instruments, staging dramas, patriotic events, educational tours for children, movie on rural life with well known starlets etc. Aware that future depends on the younger lot, the Chairman founded Anubhuti International Residential school focusing on secondary education which is in its 3rd successful year now.

Sports :

Knowing that Cricket is the pulse of the nation, Jain Sports Academy was formed in the year 2000 for nurturing Cricketing talent from the Rural area. On the pattern of Harris and Giles Shield, Jain Challenge Trophy was instituted; a Cricket tournament for 100 schools from City, Villages and Talukas. The tournament expenses including transportation, food, accommodation, cricket gear & Kit etc is sponsored by JISL. The company is engaged in the manufacture of whole gamut of products not only related to irrigation technology but in other sectors too. A truly multinational company, JISL with its Investee Companies has 23 manufacturing bases spread over 5 continents. The franchisee purchase can be seen as a logical next step to the Jain Sports Academy that was founded in 2000 to tap talent in rural areas. The "Knights in Shining Armour" became the Champions of the MPL 2010 season by playing to their best possible capabilities. The win was a step ahead after they lost out in the semifinals in 2009.

The Mission is to create a platform of opportunity for Rural areas at the highest level and at the same time to create Job opportunities for the Urban Talent. India lives in its villages. We want to help the Talent in rural areas to perform in Metros alongside their contemporaries and at the same time offer job opportunities to the urban youth.

The satisfaction of contributing towards sports and building the sporting fraternity is a achievement in itself. Nevertleless, we have also achieved tangible success. Jain Challenge Trophy has helped us to produce talent at the state levels in the past 6 years. In 2003, our Jitendra Patil from Pachora Taluka received the ‘Man of the Match’ award in the finals of the above Trophy and went on to play Ranji Trophy for Maharsahtra-the only player so far to represent Jalgaon Dist. He was selected in the India under 19 Cricket team this year. To add feather to his cap, Jitendra has been selected to represent Bangalore based Royal Challengers in the IPL 2009 event to be held in South Africa next month.

We have allocated a separate budget for encouraging sporting events and by the year allocations have increased substantially. We are deeply committed to the development of sports and fulfillment of our Mission. Conducting summer camps, fielding corporate team in various state level tournaments, coaching, employment of sports personnel etc are but few of the expense heads.
